ABSTRACT FOR SYMPOSIA AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Selected abstracts relevant to the topics of the symposia will be allocated to symposia session. The rest will be allocated to free communication session or poster session.

GENERAL GUIDELINES 

  1. The submitted abstract must include title, author(s), institution, address, corresponding author’s email. The text in case report should include the contents of introduction, case, diagnosis and treatment, discussion. The text in experimental research should include the contents of introduction, objective, material and methods, results, discussion.
  2. Abstract body should contain a maximum of 400 words, typing in Arial font 11, and must be submitted in English and in Word document.
  3. No chart or graphics should be included in the abstract. 
  4. All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. 
  5. Abstract submissions will only be accepted via e-mail to abstract.apsmm2016@gmail.com
  6. The underlined author is considered as presenting author. 
  7. One can submit more than one abstract. 
  8. Put the abstract category (see below) on the top left side of your abstract.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

  • Notification of acceptance will be sent to you upon receipt of abstract and full payment of your registration.
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee.  
  • The final decision of presentation allocation on August 2016. Notification of place in the program, schedule and detailed information for presentation will be sent by email.
  • Please note that acceptance of an abstract does not imply funding from the Meeting.

  2. Host-fungus interactions, immunology of fungal infection
  3. Superficial infection (dermatophytoses, malasseziosis, otomycoses, keratomycoses, etc.)
  4. Subcutaneous mycoses (sporotrichosis, mycetoma, chromoblastomycoses, etc.)
  5. Invasive fungal infection (aspergillosis, candidiasis, cryptococcosis, etc.)
  6. Rare fungal infection (zygomycoses, histoplasmosis, penicilliosis, etc.)

  9. Mycotoxins and mycotoxicosis

The size for each poster presentation (portrait layout) is 160 cm x 90 cm. The best poster, will be awarded a certificate of appreciation.
